Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, regardless of order size or value.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sendisa.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return the item once it arrives

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend using a reliable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date. We encourage you to initiate your return within the specified 30-day window to ensure it is processed.
