Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us at support@sendisa.com as soon as possible. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been prepared for shipping.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating that processing has begun. This process typically takes 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). Once completed, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday).

All orders within the UK qualify for free shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to support@sendisa.com. We’ll promptly review the matter and arrange for a replacement.
