Return Timeframe
You are eligible to return your items within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@sendisa.com. Ensure the items are unused, unworn, and are still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

Steps for Returning an Item

  • Contact us first: Before returning any item, please email us at support@sendisa.com with your order details and reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.
  • Follow our return instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process
